Where do your products ship from?
Our items are made to order and fulfilled by Printify’s trusted print partners. Depending on your location, your order will be shipped from the nearest facility for faster delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to most countries! Shipping rates and times may vary depending on your location.
How long will my order take?
Processing time: 2–5 business days (each item is custom printed just for you).
Shipping time:
USA: 5–10 business days
Canada: 7–12 business days
International: 10–20 business days
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email so you can follow your package.
What’s your return & exchange policy?
Because all items are made-to-order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days—we’ll send a free replacement.
What sizes do you offer?
Sizes vary by product (usually S–XXL, sometimes up to 5XL). Check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
